释义	法律分析: 借款人网贷逾期，债权方爆其通讯录的行为犯法，这属于侵犯他人隐私权的行为，情节严重还会构成犯罪，法律规定行为人违反国家有关规定，向他人出售或者提供公民个人信息，情节严重的，会被判处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十三条邮政工作人员私自开拆或者隐匿、毁弃邮件、电报的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪而窃取财物的，依照本法第二百六十四条的规定定罪从重处罚。
