释义	法律分析：从业资格证不需要年审，但是每年都要进行考核，到了有效期申请换证即可。如果从事的是危险品运输和大型营运资格证，每年都要审核。法律依据：《道路运输驾驶员诚信考核办法》第九条道路运输驾驶员诚信考核实行计分制，考核周期为12个月，满分为20分，从道路运输驾驶员初次领取从业资格证件之日起计算。一个考核周期届满，经签注诚信考核等级后，该考核周期内的计分予以清除，不转入下一个考核周期。
