释义	法律分析：购房合同可以改，如果是没有备案的合同一般比较好改，但开发商同不同意是首要的问题，如果只是改名字的话一般开发商都不会拒绝。如果是改已经备案的合同就比较麻烦，要想改已经备案的合同的话要先撤销原合同的备案登记，然后重新提交新合同进行备案登记，这已经算是换合同了而不是该合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
