释义	正常情况下是不发工资的。周六周日是休息时间，所以在此期间财务人员一般都是处于休息的状态，所以在周六不提供发工资的业务。但是劳动法规定企业需要按照合同规定的日期发放工资，如果正好周六不能发放工资的情况，可以在休息日之前提前发放工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条：工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
