释义	法律分析：给他人介绍工程收钱算受贿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国建筑法》第六十八条在工程发包与承包中索贿、受贿、行贿，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；不构成犯罪的，分别处以罚款，没收贿赂的财物，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员给予处分。对在工程承包中行贿的承包单位，除依照前款规定处罚外，可以责令停业整顿，降低资质等级或者吊销资质证书。
