释义	法律分析：无权处分行为是一种效力待定的行为，无权处分人与相对人订立了处分他人财产的合同，经权利人追认或行为人订立合同后，取得处分权后，合同自始有效。没有经过权利人追认的则无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零三条无权代理人以被代理人的名义订立合同，被代理人已经开始履行合同义务或者接受相对人履行的，视为对合同的追认。
