释义	法律分析：离婚只拿一方的户口簿是不可以的，除非是两个人的户口在一个户口簿上。根据规定男女双方自愿离婚，并对子女抚养和财产处理达成协议的，必须双方亲自到一方户口所在地的婚姻登记机关离婚登记。申请时，应持居民身份、户口簿或户籍证明和《结婚证》。婚姻登记机关查明情况属实，准予登记，发给《离婚证》，收回《结婚证》。法律依据：根据《婚姻登记条例》第11条规定：办理离婚登记的内地居民应当出具下列证件和证明材料：(一)本人的户口簿、身份证；(二)本人的结婚证；(三)双方当事人共同签署的离婚协议书。
