士官2022年就不安排工作了吗

法律分析：士官是否安排工作要看服役年限，以下情况会做转业安置：
1.服现役满10年的；
2.服现役期间荣获二等功以上奖励的；
3.服现役期间因战、因公致残被评为二等、三等伤残等级的；
4.服现役未满10年，国家建设需要调出军队的；
5.符合退休条件，地方需要和本人自愿转业的。
法律依据：《中国人民解放军士官退出现役安置暂行办法》七、士官因家庭发生重大变故，服现役未满本期规定年限要求退出现役的，需有县级以上人民政府民政部门证明，经批准，不满10年的作复员安置，满10年的作转业安置。
