承付期的起算时间是什么

法律分析：1.验单付款：承付期为3天，从付款人开户银行发出承付通知的次日算起(承付期内遇法定休假日顺延)；2.验货付款：承付期为10天，从运输部门向购货企业发出提货通知的次日算起。承付是指购货单位(即付款单位)在承付期限内，向银行承认付款的行为。承付方式有两种，即验单承付和验货承付。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百四十一条 当事人可以在买卖合同中约定买受人未履行支付价款或者其他义务的，标的物的所有权属于出卖人。出卖人对标的物保留的所有权，未经登记，不得对抗善意第三人。
