释义	一、连续工龄与之前的工龄合并计算;二、缴纳社会保险费的年限与之前的缴费年限合并计算，但离职后领取了失业保险金的，缴费时间重新计算，再次失业领取失业保险金的期限可以与前次失业应领取而尚未领取的失业保险金的期限合并计算，但是最长不得超过24个月;三、解除或者终止劳动合同计算经济补偿金的本单位工作年限重新计算。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动保险条例实施细则》第三十八条一般工龄系指工人职员以工资收入为生活资料之全部或主要来源的工作时间而言。在计算一般工龄时，应包括本企业工龄在内。
