释义	法律分析：一般情况下，生父和继母或生母和继父离婚的时候，对于曾经受其教育的继子女，继父或继母不同意继续抚养的。那么需要让生父或者生母来继续抚养，并且人民法院也是不会要求继父母继续支付继子女的抚养费的。但是如果继父母同意继续抚养继子女，或者愿意支付抚养费的，法院也不会反对这种做法。法律依据：《关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理子女抚养问题的若干具体意见》第十三条生父与继母或生母与继父离婚时，对曾受其抚养教育的继子女，继父或继母不同意继续抚养的，仍应由生父母抚养。
