释义	再婚后，如果妻子的子女与自己给他生活的，则就需要抚养该继子女；如果继子女没有与自己共同生活，而是跟随生活共同生活的，则继父对于继子女就没有抚养义务。受继父抚养长大的继子女会与继父形成抚养关系，他们之间的关系适用亲生子女与父母之间关系的规定。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零七十二条，继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
