释义	法律分析：我国是不承认双重国籍的，如果中国公民自愿加入或者取得了外国国籍的，那么其中国国籍自动丧失，也就是代表加入外国国籍,就等于要放弃中国国籍。但是双重国籍在中国不是违法行为。不过也有一些国家事实上是承认双重国籍的，法律依据：《中华人民共和国国籍法》第三条中华人民共和国不承认中国公民具有双重国籍。第九条定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
