释义	【法律意见】1、工资计算期间为每月1日至月底。工资发放时间根据单位的会计核算方式不同而不同，可以在本月发放本月的工资，也可以是本月发放上月的工资。2、用人单位工资的计算期间与会计期间应当是一致的，即每月工资计算期间为某月1日至某月月底，按实际公历日历天数计算。具体工资发放时间受单位经济条件及会计核算速度的影响，有早有晚。但根据《劳动法》的规定，用人单位应当保证按月及时发放工资。【法律依据】《劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
