什么是移送管辖?移送管辖的条件有哪些?

法律主观：
移送管辖适用的条件有： 1、人民法院已经受理案件。 2、受理案件的人民法院对该案无管辖权。依法享有管辖权的人民法院才有权行使审判权，因此无管辖权的人民法院无权审理案件。 3、接受移送案件的人民法院依法享有管辖权。
法律客观：
《民事诉讼法》第三十六条人民法院发现受理的案件不属于本院管辖的，应当移送有管辖权的人民法院，受移送的人民法院应当受理。受移送的人民法院认为受移送的案件依照规定不属于本院管辖的，应当报请上级人民法院指定管辖，不得再自行移送。
