释义	派出所报案后，公安机关办理刑事案件程序的有关规定，立案以后，如果经过侦查，没有犯罪事实，或者情节轻微、危害不大，不认为是犯罪的，或者已过追诉时效期限的等等，应该撤销案件。【法律依据】《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百八十六条经过侦查，发现具有下列情形之一的，应当撤销案件：（一）没有犯罪事实的；（二）情节显著轻微、危害不大，不认为是犯罪的；（三）犯罪已过追诉时效期限的；（四）经特赦令免除刑罚的；（五）犯罪嫌疑人死亡的；（六）其他依法不追究刑事责任的。
