释义	法律分析：劳动仲裁是指由劳动争议仲裁委员会对当事人申请仲裁的劳动争议居中公断与裁决。在我国，劳动仲裁是劳动争议当事人向人民法院提起诉讼的必经程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第三条仲裁委员会处理争议案件，应当遵循合法、公正的原则，先行调解，及时裁决。第四条劳动者一方在十人以上的争议，或者因履行集体合同发生的劳动争议，仲裁委员会可优先立案，优先审理。仲裁委员会处理因履行集体合同发生的劳动争议，应当按照三方原则组成仲裁庭处理。
