释义	（一）登记费：住房所有权登记费每套收取80元；（二）税费：办理房产证需要交纳契税和物业维修基金，如果是144平米以下的房子，契税是1%（首次购买普通住宅或享受政府补贴0.5%，具体情况各地略有不同，按当地政策执行），如果是144平米以上的房子，契税是3%；维修基金多为总房款的百分之二(可能另有调整，按最新的规定来执行)。（三）交易手续费：新建商品住宅每平方米3元，由转让方承担；登记费和交易手续费是在办理房产证时交纳给房管局。契税是交纳给财政部门。以上费用为买方承担。
