释义	法律分析：红绿灯情况下，可不可以调头也得视情况而定显示的是绿灯状态，但是却没有左转的标识，是不能够调头的。显示是红灯状态，在虚线路段是可以调头的，人行斑马线路段禁止调头。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第四十九条机动车在有禁止掉头或者禁止左转弯标志、标线的地点以及在铁路道口、人行横道、桥梁、急弯、陡坡、隧道或者容易发生危险的路段，不得掉头。机动车在没有禁止掉头或者没有禁止左转弯标志、标线的地点可以掉头，但不得妨碍正常行驶的其他车辆和行人的通行。
