释义	找不到被告，可以公告送达包括起诉状副本、开庭传票在内的所有法律文书。如果被告不到庭参加诉讼，法院可以缺席判决。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第九十二条：受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他形式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。《民事诉讼法》第一百四十三条：原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以按撤诉处理;被告反诉的，可以缺席判决。
