法律分析：营业执照副本没有取消。经营者在完成公司注册的所有手续后，一般会从登记机关领到营业执照的正本和副本，根据相关规定，营业执照正本应当装裱起来并置于公司住所或者营业场所的醒目位置，接受工商执法人员检查，也让消费者分辨经营户是否合法登记、合法经营。但是，公司在日常经营活动时，要用到营业执照作为证明材料，而营业执照副本就是为方便公司运作和设立的。

第十七条 个体工商户在领取营业执照后，应当依法办理税务登记。
