释义	法律分析：合法的。虽然是按小时给员工开工资，可能在签劳动合同时对工资发放办法没做明确规定。一般来讲，企业发放工资是按一定规定、制度等发放的，尤其是合同职员工，而且，发工资前有关领导也是审批签字的，如果有不同意见，再仔细看看劳动合同，如确实有出入，应该向领导提出申请，得不到批复可向当地劳动部门提出劳动仲裁。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第三条本规定所称工资是指用人单位依据劳动合同的规定，以各种形式支付给劳动者的工资报酬。
