释义	法律分析：被告收到法院传票后，如果不出席案件审理的，法院可以作出缺席判决，后果由被告承担。缺席判决就是法院在一方当事人缺席时作出的判决，也就是在你不做任何辩护的情况下作出的判决，那么结果可想而知。对于传票，不存在收不到，即使找不到被传唤人，法院也可以公告送达，一定期限后，就视为收到。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十四条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
