释义	法律分析：交警部门拖车是不允许向当事人收取拖车费的。但是如果是机动车出现故障或是发生交通事故后，为及时疏通道路、避免道路堵塞，请拖车服务公司拖车的，则可以收取拖车费，通常，拖车费由基本公里数拖车费和超基本公里数后的拖车费组成；另外，也有吊车费，卸车费，等候费等其他费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十三条对违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于机动车停放、临时停车规定的，可以指出违法行为，并予以口头警告、令其立即驶离。
