扰乱企业经营秩序能撒案吗
释义
扰乱企业经营秩序如果情节严重，会作为刑事案件立案，那就不能撤案了;如果情节不严重，不构成刑事犯罪，应当撤销案件，或者不起诉，或者终止审理，或者宣告无罪。但属于违反《治安管理处罚法》的一般违法行为，处以罚款或者拘留15天一下就没事了。
