释义	商标续展证是什么是指注册商标所有人在商标注册有效期满十年前的一段时间内，依法办理一定的手续，延长其注册商标有效期的制度根据2013年修改的商标法，第四十条注册商标有效期满，需要继续使用的，商标注册人应当在期满前十二个月内按照规定办理续展手续；在此期间未能办理的，可以给予六个月的宽展期。每次续展注册的有效期为十年，自该商标上一届有效期满次日起计算。期满未办理续展手续的，注销其注册商标。(注意以前是期满前六个月，现在改为12个月。) 该内容由张胜云律师和律说律答共创回答
