释义	法律分析：因赌博签下的借条没有法律效力。明知债务人用作非法用途，债权人依旧借款的，债权不受法律保护。我国法律规定对于因赌博、吸毒等违法犯罪活动而形成的借贷关系或者出借人明知借款人是为了进行上述违法犯罪活动的借贷关系，依法不予保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零三条赌博罪以营利为目的，聚众赌博或者以赌博为业的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。开设赌场的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
