释义	法律分析：在婚假和路程假期间，工资照发，也就是说，带薪休假。如果是在国家机关、国有企业、事业单位工作的，除了享受规定的最多3天的婚假外，晚婚会额外得到7天假期的奖励。如果晚婚者在城镇里居住但是没有工作的，或者是私营企业的老板，一般由居委会或者镇政府给予相应的晚婚奖励。如果晚婚者是私营企业的雇员，老板也应当给他们婚假，假期时间和在国有企业一样。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
