释义	法律分析：盖章时必须只能用发票专用章，不能使用财务章代替，也不能和财务章同时使用。盖章时只要加盖发票联和抵扣联，记账联不需要加盖发票专用章（普通发票只要盖发票联，专票需要盖发票联和记账联两联）。发票专用章必须盖在发票的右下角位置。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十二条开具发票应当按照规定的时限、顺序、栏目，全部联次一次性如实开具，并加盖发票专用章。
