释义	法律分析: 拒传假传军令罪一般处以三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。若拒传、假传军令致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。拒传军令和假传军令既可以单独实施，也可以结合在一起实施，即拒绝传递真实军令的同时反而故意传递虚假的军令，作为选择性罪名，不进行数罪并罚，只定一个拒传、假传军令罪。《刑法》第四百二十二条故意隐瞒、谎报军情或者拒传、假传军令，对作战造成危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
