释义	法律分析：不可以。我国法律没有断绝亲属关系的程序，也不承认任何类似行为，当事人双方永远是姐弟。一般情况下，姐弟之间是没有抚养关系的，如果相互之间矛盾较大，可以相互不来往。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
