释义	法律分析：劳动者私自离职的，如果用人单位有证据证明因为劳动者的离职给其造成一定损失的，用人单位是可以要求劳动者进行一定赔偿的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第九十条　用人单位违反本法规定，延长劳动者工作时间的，由劳动行政部门给予警告，责令改正，并可以处以罚款。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九十条　劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
