释义	根据我国《票据法》的规定，尽管是以银行或者其他金融机构以见票时无条件支付确定金额的形式来实现出票人的支付责任，但支票由出票人签发之后，出票人本身仍然对支票承担付款责任。当因为支票的持票人超过法律规定的提示付款期限的要求付款而被拒绝付款，或者因为出票人在付款银行处存款余额不足，或者付款银行方面的原因及付款银行与出票人之间的内部关系原因导致付款不能及时实现时，支票的持票人仍然有权向支票的出票人要求付款承担票据责任，此即为支票的追索权。该内容由张胜云律师和律说律答共创回答
