问题	仲裁送达,若被申请人拒收,怎样办？
释义	法律依据,《劳动争议仲裁委员会办案规则》第五十一条 受送达人下落不明，或者用本规定的其他形式无法送达仲裁文书的，可公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过三十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。第四十九条受送达人拒绝接受仲裁文书的，送达人应邀请有关组成的代表或其他人到场，说明情况，在送达回执上证明拒收事由和日期，由送达人，见证人签名或盖章，把仲裁文书留在受送达人的住所，即视为送达。
