债权转让未通知债务人具有法律效力吗？
释义
法律分析：
未通知债务人转让不发生效力。债权人转让权利的，应当通知债务人。未经通知，该转让对债务人不发生效力。只要对债务人履行了通知义务即可(通知的义务履行的方式可以是书面的，也可以是口头的)，不必要征得债务人的同意。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百四十六条第一款 债权人转让权利的，应当通知债务人。未经通知，该转让对债务人不发生效力。
