释义	法律分析：劳动者有权单方解除《劳动合同》。劳动者的单方解除合同权包括提前解除和随时解除。劳动者提前解除劳动合同，并不需要任何理由，仅需提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，如还在试用期内的，则需提前三日书面或口头通知用人单位。届时，劳动合同即告解除。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十五条除本法第二十二条和第二十三条规定的情形外，用人单位不得与劳动者约定由劳动者承担违约金。如果该劳动者符合这条规定的条件，那么应当支违约金，但只是普通员工单纯解除合同不应付违约金。
