不满20年的，每年休假20天；满20年以上或者服现役和参加工作满20年以上的军官，每年休假30天。

《中国人民解放军现役军官休假探亲规定》 第八条
服现役不满20年或者服役和参加工作不满20年的军官，每年休假20天；服现役满20年以上或者服现役和参加工作满20年以上的军官，每年休假30天。
军队院校毕业或者地方普通高等学校毕业入伍的军官，从第二年起安排休假。
