释义	依据我国消费者权益保护法的规定，商店对充值卡进行充值后，如果经营者依约定履行相应责任的，消费者不能直接要求退钱的，未按约定提供的，消费者可以要求退款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第五十三条经营者以预收款方式提供商品或者服务的，应当按照约定提供。未按照约定提供的，应当按照消费者的要求履行约定或者退回预付款并应当承担预付款的利息、消费者必须支付的合理费用。
