释义	委托收款，是指收款人委托银行向付款人收取款项的结算方式。委托收款分邮寄和电报划回两种，由收款人选用。前者是以邮寄方式由收款人开户银行向付款人开户银行转送委托收款凭证、提供收款依据的方式‚后者则是以电报方式由收款人开户银行向付款人开户银行转送委托收款凭证‚提供收款依据的方式。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十五条委托代理授权采用书面形式的，授权委托书应当载明代理人的姓名或者名称、代理事项、权限和期限，并由被代理人签名或者盖章。
