释义	法律分析：收购要约的效力如下： 1、在要约收购期间，被收购公司董事不得辞职； 2、收购要约期限届满前15日内，收购人不得变更收购要约，但是出现竞争要约的除外； 3、收购人对收购要约条件作出重大变更的，被收购公司董事会应当在3个工作日内提交董事会及独立财务顾问就要约条件的变更情况所出具的补充意见，并予以报告、公告。法律依据：《民法典》第四百七十二条，要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件：（一）内容具体确定；（二）表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
