网络刷单违法吗

法律分析：网上刷单属于违法行为。刷单的实质是虚假交易行为，是指用户通过虚构或隐瞒交易事实、规避或恶意利用信用记录规则、干扰或妨害信用记录秩序等不正当方式获取虚假的商品销量、店铺评分、信用积分等不当利益，妨害买家权益的行为。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》 第二十四条 经营者违反本法第十二条规定妨碍、破坏其他经营者合法提供的网络产品或者服务正常运行的，由监督检查部门责令停止违法行为，处十万元以上五十万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，处五十万元以上三百万元以下的罚款。
