释义	法律分析: 公交车上乘客摔伤了，如果情况严重当事人之间有争议的，则需要报警，如果是因为公交车在行驶的过程中未尽相应的义务，保障乘客人身安全造成摔伤的，则由公交运营方承担责任。《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百二十三条承运人应当对运输过程中旅客的伤亡承担赔偿责任；但是，伤亡是旅客自身健康原因造成的或者承运人证明伤亡是旅客故意、重大过失造成的除外。前款规定适用于按照规定免票、持优待票或者经承运人许可搭乘的无票旅客。
