释义	遗书有法律效力的条件：1、遗书必须由遗嘱人亲笔书写,书写人要具有完全民事行为能力,对自己的行为所产生的法律后果有充分的认知与了解；2、必须是亲自书写且不能采取他人代书或记录,要本人签名；3、必须注明年月日。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百四十三条，无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
