释义	法律分析：驱逐出境，是指将犯罪分子从我国境内驱逐到我国境外的一种刑法处罚。对于具有中华人民共和国国籍的，在中华人民共和国领域内犯罪的中国公民，不适用单独或附加判处驱逐出境的刑法。所以服刑完毕，没有驱逐出境的刑罚时，是不会驱逐出境的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十五条对于犯罪的外国人，可以独立适用或者附加适用驱逐出境。
