是的。辞职是劳动者向用人单位提出解除劳动合同或劳动关系的行为。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十七条《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条规定了劳动者可以提前30天通知用人单位解除劳动合同。如果没有双方约定的超过30天的提前通知期的规定,则在劳动者通知30天后,劳动者和用人单位的劳动关系或劳动合同解除。

《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
