释义	法律分析：不合法。如果未及时支付工资，有两个途径可以要求支付工资：1、劳动者可以到当地劳动局劳动监察投诉2、可以到当地劳动局申请仲裁，要求支付工资。如果未签订劳动合同，还可以要求支付未签订劳动合同的双倍工资。如果是以拖欠工资提出的解除劳动关系，还可以要求支付经济补偿金。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
