释义	法律分析：复婚后的离婚协议书还有效。不管复婚多久，只要没有法定无效的事由，原离婚协议就永远不会失效。离婚协议在双方离婚办理完离婚登记手续后就依法生效，双方复婚与否不会影响到原离婚协议已经产生的法律效力。不过原离婚协议书中涉及到的子女抚养的问题会因为双方再次成为夫妻而失效。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零八十三条离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。第一千零五十条登记结婚后，按照男女双方约定，女方可以成为男方家庭的成员，男方可以成为女方家庭的成员。
