释义	法律分析：营业执照的核准日期：是指公司营业执照的登记事项变更之后，工商部门核准颁发新的营业执照的日期。单位发生的登记事项变更费用，账务处理是，借：管理费用，贷：库存现金，银行存款等科目。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业登记管理办法》第二十六条未经企业登记机关依法核准登记并领取营业执照，以合伙企业名义从事经营活动的，由企业登记机关责令停止经营活动，可以处以5000元以下罚款。如以合伙企业名义从事经营活动的，则适用本条例。
