释义	法律分析：对于暴力干涉婚姻自由罪，我国刑法上规定：(一)处两年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，但必须是被害人告诉才处理;(二)造成被害人自杀死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑;(三)直接造成被害人死亡的，依故意杀人罪处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
