释义	法律分析：亲告罪行政处罚撤销的条件是行政处罚违法或者行政处罚明显不当，被撤销的行政处罚从始至终都是无效的。一般情况下，一经撤销，自始无效:特殊情况下，自撤销或确认违法之日起失效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条以暴力或者以其他方法公然悔辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处3年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。前款罪，告诉才处理，但是严重危害社会秩序和国家利益的除外。
